This is our Vintage Prestige Cuvee. There has to be something at the top that is full and rich and can stand up to that main course. The Monro Brut is a blend of Chardonnay for finesse and Pinot Noir for richness and backbone. Rich, creamy, yeasty nose, with a refreshing flavour on the middle palate developing finesse and complexity on the aftertaste. Powerful and rich to drink now, but it will still continue to improve for up to 3 years
