Our strong focus on bottle-fermented sparkling wines, established through a joint venture with a French Champagne specialist in the mid-1980s, has culminated in some of the country’s finest Cap Classiques.
Cap Classique Range
This range represents Villiera’s pioneering spirit and deep expertise in traditional method sparkling wine. As one of the country’s most acclaimed producers, this collection – including the additive-free Brut Natural, the elegant Tradition blends, and the prestigious Monro Brut – showcases complexity, finesse, and the hallmark quality of South African bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
Down to Earth
This range embodies our commitment to environmental responsibility, reliability, and exceptional value. These blends are crafted for consistent quality and immediate enjoyment. The Down to Earth White (Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon) and Down to Earth Red (Touriga Nacional/Shiraz) offer approachable, fruit-driven styles that reflect our philosophy of being grounded and authentic.
Cellar Master Selection
Representing a selection of our finest still wines, the Cellar Master Selection highlights the unique combination of Old World elegance and New World intensity. This range includes our most highly-regarded white and red varietals, which are renowned for their distinct fruit expression, balance, and ultimate drinkability.
Reserve Wines
Our Reserve wines are limited-edition, distinctive creations crafted for dedicated wine lovers. Sourced from carefully selected vineyard blocks that deliver exceptional quality fruit and remarkable varietal intensity, this collection is designed to be a showcase of the estate’s very best. These smaller volume wines often include unique bottlings.
