This is the Tradition Rosé – rich in flavour with a long finish. The Rosé partner to Tradition Brut, since 1987. An average of two years on the lees. The blend is made up of 40% Pinot Noir – the balance being Chardonnay and Pinotage. This Cap Classique has a uniquely rich, fruity character reminiscent of strawberries with a touch of brioche.
