A typical red blend of the Roussillon Region (Shiraz (50%), Carignan (30%), Grenache (20%) blend). The wine clearly expresses the minerality and spice expected from the vineyard and it is supported by fruit and a hint of aniseed. It is naturally fresh with good palate weight and balance. The name refers to the odyssey (journey) of the Grier family from SA to France to make wine.

Well balanced between the spiciness and the fruit, good structure, and fresh long finish. Ideal with lamb, steak, meaty pasta dishes (Bolognese, lasagna), Tapas, Boeuf Bourguignon, Cassoulet.
