This light Cap Classique is a blend of red and white grapes displaying light, balanced yeasty complexity synonymous with a wine made in this style.

This Cap Classique is made mostly from white grapes (Chardonnay) with a slightly sweeter taste. It is perfect for celebrations or with desserts.

Although essentially dry, the wine gives the impression of sweetness with a hint of passion fruit and gooseberries from the Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon contributes the more herbaceous, grassy character. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

A floral, slightly spicy white wine which is fresh, light and slightly sweet but complex enough to drink with food (fusion and spicier dishes).

In keeping with the trend towards fruit driven wines this Sauvignon Blanc displays intense varietal character including passion fruit and a hint of guava.

The wine has abundant fruit with a hint of wood spice on the nose, including pineapple, guava and citrus. On the palate it is rich with a hint of freshness.

The 2021 vintage shows classic dark berry fruit with a hint of spice on the nose. On the palate it is well balanced with rich, soft tannins.

The colour of the wine is brilliant red. The aroma shows hints of wood spice and mint with attractive red berry fruit.

A new style Pinotage with subtle oak spice, plums and a hint of vanilla on the nose. On the palate it is soft but well structured with good length. The wine is well balanced and can be enjoyed now with the potential to age for a further 5 years.

Green pepper and tropical aromas are nicely complemented by some oak spice. This wine should keep for up to 5 years and the new style typifies the terroir it grows in.

Intensely perfumed with dark berry fruit, liquorice, violets and underlying tobacco, spice and graphite. It is full bodied with ripe succulent tannins and great length. The wine is complemented by a small percentage of Carignan, which freshens the wine, improving drinkability while creating a point of difference.

Intensely aromatic with forthcoming berry fruit and hints of chocolate, spice and vanilla. It is well balanced with velvety texture but with enough grip to ensure good length. The complexity will ensure that Monro Merlot should keep for up to 10 years.

The wine displays tropical fruit with a hint of pineapple, citrus and honey. It is fresh with oak playing a supporting role. The wine is full bodied with complexity and good maturation potential.

Spicy and succulent with a good berry core and concentration. Elegant but powerful.

The wine is fruit driven with intense berry aromas and is well structured. It has a ripe, soft tannin texture and good length.

On the Nose it has a nutty, savoury character with hints of caramel and spice. On the palate it is rich and sweet, but with sufficient acid to balance, and it lingers forever.

Lively and fresh to drink now with hints of brioche, raspberry and spice. The finesse on the mid palate extends to complexity on the finish and the use of Blanc de Noir in the blend lends an attractive coppery, golden hue to the appearance.

Delicate aromas of small red fruits as well as some floral notes. Lively, fresh and thirst-quenching with very pleasant fruity flavours.

Typical aromas of Grenache noir: red fruits and black cherry but also a liquorice finish which contributes to the very fragrant character of this wine.

This Côtes du Roussillon Rouge cuvée is made from Mediterranean grape varieties from thirty-year-old vines, and truly represents the expression of “New World” winegrowers on one of the most beautiful terroirs in France.

This cuvée is made 85 % from Old Vine Maccabeu, a Mediterranean (Catalan) grape variety. For extra complexity we have included 10% Grenache Blanc and 5% Grenache Gris in the blend.
